Shipping & Returns

We offer a flat rate for USPS shipping for $8.95. This excludes Alaska and Hawaii which will be based on a flat rate of $10.95. Please allow items in-stock 3-14 days for delivery. SBG Designs Jewelry is handcrafted and may take up to four weeks for delivery due to high volume orders. If you are placing a custom order, please allow 2-6 weeks for delivery. If you are in need of Express shipping, we will charge the actual shipping that the post office or UPS charges us. Please contact us for more information.

Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii

Since all purchases shipped to Alaska and Hawaii must go via air service, there are additional shipping charges required. After you place your order, our Customer Care department will calculate the shipping charges and we will contact you by phone or email. After you have agreed to the additional charges, your credit card will be charged and your order processed.

Return policy: All returns made within 7 days of receiving your order can be refunded for store credit. All packages must be tracked and insured. SBG Designs is not held responsible for any packages lost or damaged in the mail. Please contact us with your tracking information upon sending back your order. Thank you.
